Manufacturing Process

Mild steel is washed and coated with Zinc substrate for extra protection, then coated with polyester powder resin which is hard baked to form a hard wearing corrosion resistant finish that is guaranteed for up to 10 years. This process is applied to shelves and posts to provide all-round protection and lasts 5 times longer than nylon coating.

Antibacterial Coating

SGS laboratories tested to confirm that manufacturing process has antibacterial effect; tests showed 99% growth retardation of E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus. Fights bacteria for up to 10 years.
